Responsibilities

  • Develop full-lifecycle Oracle Siebel CRM solutions involving data modeling, database architecture, SQL and PL/SQL development, testing, and support.
  • Integrate Siebel CRM with Oracle databases and external systems through conversions, interfaces, SOAP/REST APIs, web services, EAI, payment gateways, and billing platforms.
  • Tune SQL statements and Siebel queries, maintain PL/SQL packages, develop migration scripts, and manage EIM processes.
  • Analyze business requirements, create technical specifications and functional designs, and optimize customer data management processes.
  • Provide architectural guidance, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and define best practices for Siebel and Oracle development.
  • Troubleshoot Siebel-Oracle issues, optimize queries and batch processes, and collaborate with developers, analysts, designers, and business stakeholders.Ï

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience developing Oracle Siebel CRM solutions, preferably including Siebel Billing Manager or billing-related projects.
  • Strong Oracle database skills, including SQL, PL/SQL, data modeling, packages, procedures, and basic performance tuning.
  • Good knowledge of Siebel Tools, configuration, workflows, business services, data maps, EIM, EAI, and web services.
  • Ability to gather business requirements, create functional specifications, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decisions.
  • Experience working with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders in Agile delivery environments and using Git, SVN, Toad, or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver solutions on schedule.
  • Siebel Open UI, payment gateway, Oracle/Siebel certification, or utilities and telecom experience is a plus.
