Responsibilities
- Build and maintain corporate products, information-system integrations, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, canvas and model-driven apps, plugins, and related integrations.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, refactor, and scale applications across the software development lifecycle.
- Work with Product Owners to break business requirements into work items while considering scope, complexity, performance, and security.
- Investigate alternative technologies and improve Power Platform capabilities, administration, tooling, and automation.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive technical feedback, and support colleagues’ professional growth.
- Resolve incidents and introduce tools that support smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and improvements.
Requirements
- Advanced or strong experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, integrations, canvas apps, model-driven apps, and plugins.
- Strong experience with Power Platform administration.
- Experience with C#/.NET for integrations and backend functionality.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript for enhanced user-interface functionality.
- Experience with development tools and automation involving GitLab, JIRA, Confluence, and Azure Functions.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL, including manipulating data and creating or altering tables.
- Experience with application design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and the full software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work with Product Owners, assess solution scope and complexity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
