Base Salary

$120k - $161k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality software projects on schedule using Salesforce CRM Analytics and related technologies.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, fault-tolerant, secure, and cloud-native software architectures.
  • Write, test, review, analyze, and improve complex application code and maintain high code-quality standards.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues from the user interface through the persistence layer and improve application stability.
  • Collaborate with technical leads and cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business goals.
  • Contribute domain expertise and innovative solutions to complex business problems.
  • Deliver multiple projects using the organization’s Agile methodology.
  • Maintain ownership of application quality, stability, documentation, and feature delivery.
  • Mentor teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
  • Stay current with software development technologies and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or another technical field.
  • At least 3 years of web application development or software engineering experience in a large enterprise environment using Salesforce and CRM Analytics.
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Significant experience with relational databases, SQL, newer NoSQL data stores, and event streaming platforms.
  • Experience designing and architecting scalable, secure, performant, and usable web applications.
  • Strong interest in open-source technology and strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline is highly desirable.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Kafka, Python, and Databricks; Python and Databricks experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of AWS managed services, performance testing, and application profiling is preferred.
  • Experience with advertising platforms, accounts receivable, financial applications, or vendor-team delivery is preferred.
  • Experience with vibe coding and AI tools is preferred.

Benefits

  • Full-time employment with a hiring range of $120,300-$161,300 annually in New York, NY or Seattle, WA.
  • Bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be included in the compensation package.
  • Medical, financial, and other benefits may be provided depending on the level and position offered.
  • The role is based in New York, NY, or Seattle, WA; no remote or hybrid arrangement is stated.
