Responsibilities

Own the development of internal tool solutions for finance, treasury, operations, and other internal users.
Build experiences across the stack primarily with Python and occasionally Kotlin.
Write well-tested, reusable, high-quality code.
Collaborate with design and product teams to regularly ship working features.
Participate in release planning and deployment of released builds.
Mentor and advise team members.
Evaluate and deliver project timeline estimates.

Have 5+ years of professional experience building API applications using Python or Kotlin.
Have experience working in AWS and using services including ECS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and EventBridge.
Have owned user-facing features end-to-end from conception through launch.
Have experience developing software in collaborative, cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
Have worked on systems with real-world performance and reliability constraints.
Demonstrate strong communication, prioritization, stakeholder management, and ownership skills.
Preferred: experience developing event-driven systems, CI/CD processes and tools, code review, unit testing, documentation, and frontend development.
