Responsibilities

  • Act as a CRM trusted advisor throughout requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, demonstrations, process development, configuration, stakeholder alignment, and launch support.
  • Estimate project and ticket effort and take direct responsibility for solution design, development, and implementation.
  • Provide technical expertise for complex projects and integrations.
  • Review code and solution summaries for adherence to best practices and fit-for-purpose development.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, assess, design, and develop integrations.
  • Document technical and business processes, best practices, and reference architectures and share knowledge.
  • Apply advanced Salesforce technical principles and solve unusually complex technical problems with innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Conga CLM, Copado, Gearset, MuleSoft, or other enterprise integration technologies.
  • Demonstrated success with at least one large Salesforce integration project.
  • Strong understanding of building and supporting highly scalable and reliable Salesforce Platform solutions.
  • Experience with Agile projects, JIRA, technical project management, UI design principles, and large-scale complex datasets.
  • Ability to manage complex and ambiguous technical issues and communicate with technical and business audiences.
