Responsibilities
- Define and drive frontend architecture strategy across product areas.
- Lead the design of scalable, performant systems in Angular 2+ and React.
- Solve complex cross-team technical challenges related to performance and scalability.
- Partner with backend teams to shape end-to-end architecture for major features.
- Raise the bar for quality, testing, and maintainability across the frontend organization.
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact initiatives and unblock teams.
- Mentor senior engineers and help shape frontend engineering culture.
- Influence roadmap and organizational decisions through strong technical judgment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of frontend engineering experience with large-scale web applications.
- Expert-level experience with Angular 2+, React, TypeScript, and state management systems.
- Proven track record of architecting complex frontend systems.
- Deep expertise in performance optimization and maintainable application design.
- Experience driving technical strategy across multiple teams.
- Strong judgment in balancing speed, quality, and architecture.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong mentoring background and passion for building high-performing teams.
