Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software that meets business needs.
- Design and execute test plans, procedures, and scripts to validate software and system modifications.
- Develop testing scripts using programming languages such as C++, C#, Go, Java, Python, SQL, NoSQL, or JavaScript.
- Perform automated and manual testing procedures to assess software functionality and performance.
- Conduct white box, black box, and gray box testing for thorough evaluation.
- Detect and report bugs, errors, security issues, and coding inconsistencies.
- Assess metrics like user acceptance, scalability, and performance for high-quality deliverables.
- Document and maintain test procedures for consistency and compliance.
- Report detailed findings from testing and communicate necessary improvements.
- Track software defects using bug tracking systems and collaborate with development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- 5+ years of experience with programming languages such as C++, C#, Go, Java, Python, SQL, NoSQL, or JavaScript.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing methodologies like integration and acceptance testing.
- 3+ years of experience working in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- 3+ years of experience with compliance software configuration and running.
- 3+ years of experience with automation and test management tools.
- Experience with web services such as SOAP, REST, Parquet, and JSON.
