Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects and make architectural decisions for backend systems.
- Design the evolution of agent infrastructure for scalability.
- Own high-stakes projects and address ambiguous technical challenges.
- Set standards for code review and operational excellence.
- Mentor other engineers through collaboration on real work.
Requirements
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience with a track record of leading complex projects.
- Ability to articulate opinions on system architecture and tradeoffs.
- Skill in transforming vague problems into clear technical approaches.
- Proficiency in writing high-quality code and maintaining standards.
- Experience building scalable systems and understanding their limitations.
