Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deliver, and improve scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.
- Develop and support IBM Sterling B2B file-transfer solutions, including business processes and maps.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, peers, and stakeholders to define requirements and integration strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, unit testing, and secure coding practices.
- Identify automation and integration opportunities and contribute to DevOps implementation.
- Manage risks, strengthen controls, follow relevant policies and regulations, and support continuous improvement.
- Guide team members, coordinate resources, advise stakeholders, and contribute to technical decision-making where applicable.
Requirements
- Experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway, including Sterling Integrator, Sterling Secure Proxy, Perimeter Servers, and Sterling Control Centre.
- Oracle and SQL database experience.
- Experience with business process development and map development.
- Knowledge of FTP, SFTP, and Connect:Direct file-transfer protocols.
- Basic knowledge of certificate management, including TLS, SSL, and OCSP.
- Unix experience, preferably Linux.
- Experience implementing DevOps and identifying automation and integration opportunities is valued.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, TeamCity, JIRA, and Confluence is an advantage.
- Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area, with the ability to resolve problems and influence decisions.
