Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications in Workday Extend and Orchestrate.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations, web services, and event-driven processes using Workday Studio and connectors.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and integration issues.
- Support release management, upgrades, and regression testing.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, HR and IT stakeholders, and other business stakeholders.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying responsible judgment to data and AI outputs.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of overall experience with hands-on technical experience.
- Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Workday certifications in areas such as Extend, Compensation, Reporting, or HCM are preferred.
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors is advantageous.
- Additional Workday module experience, cloud-native development knowledge, and global or enterprise-scale Workday experience are preferred.
