Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Build inbound, outbound, batch, and real-time interfaces using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and ADFdi templates.
- Configure ESS jobs, monitor OIC instances, diagnose payload and interface failures, and maintain technical documentation.
- Design operational reports, layouts, data models, and custom templates using BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS.
- Write, optimize, and test SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures against Oracle SaaS/PaaS database structures.
- Translate functional specifications into low-level technical design documents, including RICEFW objects.
- Support Oracle Cloud release patch analysis, regression testing, and interface validation.
- Troubleshoot production issues, determine root causes, and resolve ticket escalations within established SLAs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4–7+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant.
- At least two full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Deep technical familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, Procurement, and SCM data models and standard APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA Suite, REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Advanced skills in Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Hands-on experience with FBDI, ADFdi, and Oracle WebCenter Content APIs.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, performance-tuning, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
