Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted SAP CPRS industry advisor for large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- Lead solution strategy, enterprise architecture, and roadmap development for SAP S/4HANA and related transformation programs.
- Drive strategic pursuits, RFP responses, client workshops, executive presentations, and client value propositions.
- Partner with sales, account, and delivery teams to develop go-to-market offerings, accelerators, and win strategies.
- Architect solutions using SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, Commerce, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Industry Cloud capabilities.
- Advise clients on ERP modernization, supply chain transformation, digital commerce, customer experience, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled business models.
- Lead enterprise architecture, operating model transformation, business capability assessment, governance, and value realization activities.
- Guide adoption of SAP Business AI, agentic AI, multi-agent ecosystems, and AI-enabled business processes.
- Provide leadership across the program lifecycle to ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, business value, and commercial success.
- Create reusable assets, accelerators, and industry-specific offerings while driving innovation and thought leadership.
- Build executive stakeholder relationships and influence strategic business and technology decisions.
- Lead and mentor global cross-functional teams, architects, consultants, and delivery leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 15+ years of SAP professional experience across consulting, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, business transformation, and program leadership.
- Deep expertise in Consumer Products, Retail, Wholesale Distribution, or Services industries.
- Experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Supply Chain, Commerce, Customer Experience, Industry Cloud Solutions, Integration Suite, API Management, and Signavio Transformation Suite.
- Knowledge of Joule, Generative AI Hub, AI Foundation, AI Hub, Agent Hub, Agent Gateway, Knowledge Core, and Process Intelligence.
- Experience or understanding of Agentic AI, multi-agent ecosystems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Large Language Models, AI orchestration frameworks, enterprise data platforms, enterprise API strategies, and cloud-native architectures.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture methodologies, LeanIX, business capability modeling, business process architecture, enterprise value chains, operating model transformation, transformation governance, strategic roadmapping, and value realization frameworks.
- Proven ability to advise clients on business transformation strategy, AI-powered operating model redesign, digital innovation, and enterprise roadmap development.
- Track record leading pursuits and programs exceeding $25M-$50M+ TCV.
- Ability to engage C-suite stakeholders, lead executive workshops, develop business cases, and drive strategic transformation initiatives.
- Experience shaping SAP AI, digital transformation, and enterprise modernization pursuits and differentiated go-to-market offerings.
- Strong leadership experience managing global cross-functional teams and mentoring architects, consultants, and delivery leaders.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- SAP certifications and Enterprise Architecture credentials preferred.
- Consulting experience with a large global systems integrator or professional services organization strongly preferred.
