Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Lead technical strategies and make decisions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions to complex technical problems.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks.
- Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks and related integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
- Competence in performance tuning and optimization of integration solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
