Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and manage team performance and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Design solutions to problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Automate workflows and manage system-level tasks using Shell Scripting.
- Troubleshoot and optimize scripts for performance and reliability.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Shell Scripting.
- Proficiency in Shell Scripting and experience designing scalable, maintainable scripts.
- Experience integrating scripting solutions with software tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
- Ability to lead technical decisions, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior team members.
- 15 years of full-time education.
