Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of enterprise content platforms using AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and Workfront integrations.
- Build scalable solutions for content authoring, digital asset management, publishing workflows, and content distribution.
- Define technical architecture, design patterns, and integration strategies.
- Develop and optimize workflow-driven content pipelines from creation through approval, publishing, and distribution.
- Lead integrations across AEM, PIM, Workfront, eCommerce, search, analytics, and downstream systems.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and reliability while driving engineering quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and Architects to deliver business outcomes.
- Mentor engineers and support onboarding for internal and vendor teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise with Adobe Experience Manager Sites and/or Assets, Java, REST APIs, microservices architecture, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Maven and Azure DevOps.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms.
- Preferred experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, Workfront, DAM, content workflow tools, PIM systems, eCommerce platforms, headless CMS, GraphQL, React, or Next.js.
- Experience working with global distributed teams and demonstrating technical leadership, architecture design, problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and business-to-technical translation skills.
