Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Use Unix Shell Scripting for automation, system monitoring, and process optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Unix/Linux environments.
- Make team decisions, provide solutions across teams, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting, including automation, system monitoring, and process optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Unix/Linux environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience with performance tuning and scalability of scripts and automation tools.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
