Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the global architecture blueprint and technology decision trees for enterprise analytical and AI platforms across OCI, GCP, and Azure.
- Architect and deploy a centralized Metadata Control Plane and automated Data Catalog with schema tracking, lineage, data quality observability, GitOps, developer toolboxes, and context-as-code.
- Design enterprise AI infrastructure standards covering Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, Feature Stores, RAG pipelines, Gemini LLM solutions, and autonomous AI agents.
- Design and enforce the Universal Security Model using ABAC, fine-grained masking, Okta, and Active Directory integration.
- Implement SRE-style observability for platform health, latency, query performance, and compute costs.
- Lead the Data Platform Engineering pillar and mentor technical talent across pipeline, data, analytics, AI/LLM, DevOps, and APEX engineering.
- Partner with HR on technical career progression tracks and competency matrices.
- Present complex architectural blueprints to executive sponsors including VP and CIO stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure design.
- At least 3 years leading technical teams in a global enterprise context.
- Expert proficiency in OCI, GCP, Azure, Oracle ADW, Databricks, and Apache Iceberg or Delta Lake.
- Advanced experience with Python, SQL, Apache Airflow, Kafka/Confluent streaming, CDC/GoldenGate, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI deployment pipelines.
- Direct experience architecting enterprise AI/ML infrastructure involving Vector DBs, Knowledge Graphs, Feature Stores, RAG pipelines, and enterprise LLM integrations such as Gemini.
- Experience establishing security models using ABAC, RLS, Okta, and Active Directory.
- Strong strategic leadership and communication skills, including mentoring technical talent and communicating architecture to executive sponsors.
