Responsibilities

  • Act as the CRM and Salesforce subject matter expert and trusted advisor throughout requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and launch support.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and model business requirements and develop application strategies to meet them.
  • Design, develop, configure, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions and business processes.
  • Estimate project and ticket work efforts and provide technical expertise for complex projects and integrations.
  • Define Salesforce standards, best practices, reference architectures, and solution approaches.
  • Review code and solution summaries for quality, adherence to best practices, and fit-for-purpose development.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, assess, design, and develop integrations.
  • Provide product demonstrations, use-case modeling, stakeholder alignment, and direct support to business-unit staff.
  • Document technical and business processes and share knowledge across teams.
  • Resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues and support highly scalable and reliable Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
  • Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, and Conga CLM development experience are preferred.
  • Experience with DevOps platforms such as Copado or Gearset is preferred.
  • MuleSoft or other enterprise integration technology experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success with at least one large Salesforce integration project.
  • Strong understanding of scalable and reliable Salesforce Platform solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile projects and managing workload with JIRA.
  • Technical project management experience and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with large-scale, complex datasets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
