Responsibilities
- Design and build AI orchestration infrastructure for routing requests, managing context, and coordinating multi-step agent workflows.
- Develop knowledge management, retrieval, and RAG systems across codebases, documentation, and organizational knowledge sources.
- Build packaging, validation, and deployment pipelines for distributing AI capabilities across development tools and platforms.
- Implement governance and compliance capabilities including audit trails, policy enforcement, traceability, and quality scoring.
- Design extensible architectures for dynamically registering, validating, and activating AI capabilities and integrations.
- Improve platform reliability through edge-case handling, graceful failure recovery, and performance optimization.
- Establish conventions, standards, and architectural patterns for platform scalability across teams.
- Collaborate with solution architects, analysts, developers, project managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, agentic AI systems, or AI infrastructure.
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems, retrieval-augmented generation, or information retrieval.
- Production-grade platform engineering experience with Python and/or TypeScript.
- Understanding of enterprise governance, audit trails, and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
- Experience with build systems, deployment pipelines, and multi-platform distribution.
- Ability to design extensible architectures and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with cross-platform development and IDE extension or plugin ecosystems.
- Preferred experience with graph databases, knowledge graphs, or federated data systems.
- Background in financial services technology or another regulated industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with developer experience tooling, internal developer platforms, or software catalogs is preferred.
