Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom integrations, including API connections, SSO authentication systems, and ERP systems.
- Help major clients modernize existing online stores through API-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with client technical directors, IT teams, and external web agencies to understand requirements and define actionable plans.
- Serve as the primary internal technical contact for complex customer issues during operations.
- Use scripts, AI, and prototyping to test solutions and turn validated approaches into reusable integration guides and templates.
- Support projects from initial design through implementation across diverse industries.
- Advise sales teams on solution architecture, integration feasibility, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Remain involved through implementation to ensure delivered solutions meet customer commitments and proactively identify technical constraints.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
- Development experience or strong technical expertise combined with experience engaging with customers, business needs, and solution design.
- Strong understanding of web applications, REST APIs, webhooks, data modeling, and interactions among modern software ecosystem components.
- Ability to quickly understand API documentation, write functional scripts to test solutions, and analyze or debug AI-generated code.
- Strong communication skills with demanding customers and the ability to manage multiple priorities and set expectations confidently.
- University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related scientific or technical field.
- Fluent French and English at C1/C2 level.
