Responsibilities

Design and implement voice and digital AI self-service solutions for large contact centers using Gemini Enterprise CX and Agent Development Kit.
Architect multi-agent orchestrations using Reasoning and Acting frameworks for complex business workflows.
Lead Google GECX, Gemini Enterprise, and Agent Development Kit projects, including technical design, solution requirements, and implementation documentation.
Integrate AI agents with backend systems through REST and SOAP APIs for real-time data retrieval and execution.
Build solutions using Gemini AI, Cloud Run/GKE, Cloud Functions, API Gateway, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and IAM.
Develop advanced LLM-driven conversation specifications in collaboration with delivery teams.
Lead unit, system, and functional testing, prompt engineering, optimization, and hallucination mitigation.
Guide clients through full-cycle implementation of Gemini-powered customer experience solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers or staff.

8+ years of overall architect experience.
4+ years of experience with Dialogflow CX.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud CCAI/CES, including Agent Assist and Conversational Insights.
Deep knowledge of Gemini AI, including Pro/Flash and third-party models, and enterprise grounding techniques.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Apigee, and complex backend data integrations.
Experience managing large, multi-site contact center implementations.
Proven ability to write Solution/Technical Document Designs for IVA and agentic applications.
Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, and Node.js.
Strong experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Experience with Google Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services.
Four-year bachelor’s degree.
Google Professional Cloud Architect or Machine Learning Engineer certification is a major plus; badge completion is required.
Experience managing and guiding developers or staff is desired.
