Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, manage, and execute testing activities for small and medium-sized software projects.
- Support Senior Test Managers with testing activities for large-scale and strategic projects.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, business stakeholders, and clients to support timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Design and review test scenarios and test cases, identify automation opportunities, and maintain test documentation.
- Execute tests, evaluate results, and prepare comprehensive test reports.
- Identify, document, communicate, and track software defects and process deviations through resolution.
- Escalate quality risks and issues and support continuous improvement of testing processes and quality assurance practices.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or another related technical field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software testing and/or test management.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test lifecycle management, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience in an international project environment.
- Confident English and German language skills for professional communication and daily work.
