Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and sustain applications and services integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Lead development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, particularly Power Apps solutions.
- Build Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Develop Power Automate workflows using HTTP actions, Graph and REST integrations, custom connectors, solution packaging, and environment strategies.
- Integrate Copilot and other AI capabilities, including prompt-driven workflows, classification and extraction, copilots, and assistants.
- Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements, iterate rapidly, conduct live demos, and deliver secure and compliant solutions.
- Support Power Platform CI/CD, test automation, governance, data engineering, and Power BI solution delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with demonstrable delivery.
- Advanced Power Automate expertise, including HTTP actions, Graph and REST integration, custom connectors, solution packaging, and environment strategies.
- Solid Power Platform development knowledge, including Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint data sources.
- Proven experience building secure, production-grade integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills, with comfort working through rapid iteration and live demos.
- CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
- One or more job-related computing environment certifications, such as Microsoft Power Platform PL-100 or PL-300, or ability to obtain the required certification within 6 months of hire.
- Active or current DoD Secret Clearance.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, Azure OpenAI, AskSage, DoD or Army environments, RMF/ATO, IL-enclaves, Power Platform CI/CD, test automation, governance at scale, Azure services, Power Query, dataflows, incremental refresh, gateway configuration, and Power BI solution delivery.

- The posted base salary range is $120,000–$145,000 USD.
