AI Software Engineer

- Design, develop, test, and support scalable software applications and cloud-based solutions.
- Build and maintain web applications, SaaS platforms, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Write high-quality code using automated testing and continuous delivery practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams to define requirements, estimate work, and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects while supporting system performance, security, and reliability.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and deployment procedures.
- Contribute to the scalability, maintainability, and continuous improvement of products and platforms.
- Use AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance development efficiency, innovation, and product delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing applications using Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
- Proficiency with modern web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Kafka and NoSQL experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and innovation is an asset.
