Base Salary
$215k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product and technical direction, including roadmaps, architecture decisions, technical standards, and hands-on software work.
- Drive account growth by identifying expansion opportunities, advising senior client stakeholders, and converting successful delivery into further engagements.
- Lead discovery and executive relationships from engineering teams through C-suite stakeholders at complex financial institutions.
- Translate client needs in custody, settlement, tokenization, trading, and regulatory contexts into actionable solutions.
- Rotate into R&D and Innovation to lead 0-to-1 products involving blockchain and AI and create reusable components and playbooks.
- Represent customer insights within Galaxy’s product organization and influence future product direction.
- Champion thoughtful adoption of AI tools, automation platforms, and data copilots to improve productivity and decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven record of owning outcomes end to end in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
- Production software delivery experience and sufficient technical depth to lead engineers credibly.
- Demonstrated commercial instinct, including converting delivered work into expanded scope or revenue.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate from technical whiteboards to C-suite briefings.
- Founder-grade agency, independent judgment, low ego, and strong outcome orientation.
- Typically 6+ years across forward-deployed or solutions engineering, technical product management, and client-facing delivery.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% of the time.
- Bonus: experience with digital assets or blockchain infrastructure and delivery into Tier-1 financial institutions.
- Bonus: hands-on production LLM or AI agent experience.
- Bonus: technical founder or quota-carrying solutions architect experience.
- Bonus: fluency in custody, settlement, payment rails, tokenization, or trading systems.
