Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify AI opportunities, capture requirements, and define actionable agent use cases.
- Design, configure, integrate, and deploy AI agents and assistants using Copilot Studio, Microsoft AI capabilities, AI Builder, generative actions, knowledge grounding, connectors, and the Power Platform.
- Test agents, gather user feedback, troubleshoot issues, and iteratively improve quality, accuracy, user experience, and business value.
- Develop technical roadmaps that help customers progress from AI experimentation to systematic, agent-led adoption.
- Engage senior leaders, technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders throughout consulting engagements.
- Produce documentation and deliver handover, training, adoption, governance, and responsible-AI activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of commercial experience, including internships or a placement year, in customer-facing consulting roles, ideally at a Microsoft Partner or similar organization.
- Strong understanding of Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI Builder, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Experience building integrated solutions across Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, and external data sources through connectors.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise knowledge grounding, and Microsoft pre-built AI models.
- Experience leading ideation and requirements workshops and supporting organizations moving from AI experimentation to systematic agent-led adoption.
- Agile delivery experience involving sprints, backlog management, and solution demonstrations.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, along with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to learn new services quickly and work independently and collaboratively.
