Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for software functionality and quality standards.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.
- Collaborate on requirements analysis, design discussions, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform root cause analysis and work with developers to resolve defects.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to technology communities, process improvement, risk mitigation, controls, and governance activities.
- Lead complex assignments or teams, guide colleagues, and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Professional knowledge and skills sufficient to perform complex testing and analysis assignments.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and advise on complex issues.
- Ability to analyze information from multiple sources and solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Ability to lead teams or collaborative assignments and guide other team members.
- Ability to identify risks, strengthen controls, and contribute to policies and procedures.
