Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software using secure coding, privacy, UX, and software development practices.
- Lead technical design and delivery of medium features or end-to-end projects.
- Write clean code and unit tests, conduct code reviews, and resolve complex software issues.
- Monitor production systems, support on-call escalations, and lead postmortems and root-cause analyses.
- Contribute to threat modeling, software roadmaps, development-process improvements, and product innovation.
- Collaborate with design, product management, and other engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Create technical and user documentation and mentor less-experienced engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of related experience, or Master’s degree plus 4 years, or PhD plus 1 year.
- Solid conceptual and practical knowledge in the primary technical job family and knowledge of related technical job families.
- Experience working with a range of technologies, including frontend, full-stack, or server-side technologies.
- Ability to work independently, lead feature or project delivery, coordinate cross-functional work, and mentor engineers.
