Responsibilities
- Solve cell resource optimization and cell densification problems supporting AI/ML infrastructure growth.
- Provide technical leadership and guide and mentor other engineers.
- Define and implement long-term technical goals with stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment across projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and help develop future technical leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- Experience with cost and performance modeling for data center infrastructure and ML hardware.
- Preferred: master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex distributed systems.
