Responsibilities
- Provide field application and technical support for automotive 10BASE-T1S, GMSL, and A2B software applications.
- Define and clarify field technical issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Support assigned customers in a customer-facing technical role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics and communications, software, or an equivalent discipline.
- 4–10 years of experience as a software engineer working on automotive software applications.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and MCU or DSP firmware.
- Knowledge of embedded communications including SPI, I2C, CAN, and Ethernet.
- Knowledge of C and experience with or understanding of software frameworks or stacks and hardware abstraction layers.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Good spoken and written English communication with technical knowledge.
