Responsibilities
- Develop reliable, high-performance distributed backend systems for the full order lifecycle.
- Optimize, document, maintain, and test code with comprehensive coverage.
- Analyze and resolve multithreading, performance, and reliability issues.
- Conduct constructive code reviews and collaborate with experienced team members.
- Debug heap and thread dumps and profile application performance.
- Understand and implement detailed business requirements in the finance and capital-markets domain.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java 11+ including Collections, Streams, Threads, and Concurrency.
- Experience with Spring, AspectJ, Kotlin, JUnit5, Mockito, Docker, PostgreSQL, Liquibase, Prometheus, and ELK.
- Experience with distributed systems, asynchronous communication, relational database internals, indexes, and locks.
- Experience debugging heap and thread dumps and using YourKit, JProfiler, or Visual VM for code profiling.
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and familiarity with trading and capital markets.
- B2+ English proficiency.
