Responsibilities
- Own software features and production outcomes through resolution, including issues spanning multiple parts of the stack.
- Build and maintain scalable, high-traffic backend systems primarily using Golang.
- Navigate complex technical problems and contribute across backend, frontend, and infrastructure work when needed.
- Use AI tools to improve development speed, debugging, and code quality.
- Provide technical leadership, make sound engineering decisions, and address technical debt.
- Mentor teammates through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience building software for high-traffic production environments.
- High proficiency in Golang and ideally JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience integrating AI tools into software development and debugging workflows.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and scalable system development.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Ability to work flexibly across the stack, with PHP experience beneficial.
- Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes beneficial.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
