Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain sophisticated developer tooling and automation.
- Lead improvements and optimizations of CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bottlenecks in development workflows.
- Develop documentation and advocate for best practices across teams.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of development infrastructure.
- Collect and act upon feedback from developers to improve their experience.
- Collaborate with development, operations, security, and product teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adopt relevant innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, developer tools, or developer operations.
- Expert proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Bash, or Go.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD systems including Jenkins, GitHub, and Flux CD.
- Experience with artifact management tools like JFrog Artifactory.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Copilot.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Passionate about developer experience, automation, and continuous improvement.
