Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and data-driven applications.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
- Validate new features and bug fixes for quality and reliability.
- Perform data validation and backend testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test scenarios.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Support defect triaging and root cause analysis.
- Analyze defect trends and quality reports for improvements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation by integrating automated tests.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
- Create and maintain documentation for QA processes.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in automation testing and QA.
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences domain.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Mocha.
- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira for test management.
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure Pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
