Responsibilities
- Help customers build applications and services on the AWS platform.
- Define customer engagement scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Support engagements and help ensure timely, successful delivery of value.
- Share best-practice knowledge with the Solutions Architect community.
- Understand AWS market segments, customer bases, and industry verticals.
- Use internal Amazon systems to support customer engagements.
- Provide technical support and leadership for implementation projects.
Requirements
- Experience in a specific technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data and analytics, or AI.
- Experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
- Fluent Thai and English speaking, writing, and reading ability.
- Preferred: experience in a cloud-based development and production environment such as AWS.
- Preferred: experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Preferred: knowledge of cloud-native design patterns, DevOps practices, AI agents, and AWS services.
- Preferred: understanding of enterprise regulations, security, and compliance standards.
- Preferred: public speaking experience or an interest in creating technical content.
- Preferred: working knowledge of cloud-native architectures.
