Responsibilities

  • Lead technical AI transformation engagements, including demos, pilots, and envisioning sessions, to drive customer commitment to Copilot and Agents.
  • Document adoption plans and coordinate handoffs to Customer Success teams or partners for usage onboarding.
  • Engage customer contacts, qualify leads, support AI Workforce SSP hunting, and identify partner co-sell opportunities.
  • Support ME3, ME5, and ME7 upsell opportunities and generate pipeline and competitive wins for Microsoft AI solutions.
  • Deliver impactful AI-powered demos and Art of the Possible sessions while removing technical blockers and communicating Microsoft differentiation.
  • Design secure, scalable, and modular architectures aligned with customer enterprise strategies and technical roadmaps.
  • Maintain technical close plans and consumption plans in MSX, attach partners to qualified deals, and escalate unresolved technical blockers.
  • Complete L200 consultative and L400 technical-depth certifications, participate in coaching, and share deal insights quarterly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
  • Three or more years of solution or services sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business and executive relationships.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and strategic decision-making.
  • Skill in consultative selling and persuasive negotiation.
  • Ability to manage and optimize sales pipelines through informed change processes.
  • Focus on advancing opportunities for current and future customers.
