Responsibilities
- Own post-sale customer onboarding from the first call through user activation.
- Advise users technically and map their workflows to Rox.
- Deliver demos, trainings, and live solutioning sessions remotely and in person.
- Run integration and technical scoping sessions with GTM and RevOps teams for high-impact POCs.
- Use SQL and scripting to support customer use cases involving large datasets.
- Capture customer feedback and use cases to inform product strategy and the roadmap.
- Collaborate across sales, product, and engineering on documentation, playbooks, and enablement content.
- Drive user activation and expansion through compelling value narratives.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS supporting technical customer relationships in pre-sale or post-sale contexts.
- Experience with SQL and at least one scripting language for working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with GTM methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or SPICED.
- Ability to work across onboarding, sales engineering, and customer success in a hybrid role.
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong execution, urgency, curiosity, customer focus, and ability to scale through process, tooling, and collaboration.
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
