Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting and hands-on troubleshooting and deployment support to Fab area teams.
- Design and build cloud-based ingestion, transformation, and feature-engineering pipelines on GCP and Micron’s data ecosystem.
- Develop, train, deploy, and monitor machine learning models using Vertex AI and MLOps practices.
- Build and integrate APIs using gateway, authentication, routing, and proxy patterns.
- Develop production-grade full-stack applications, dashboards, Angular front ends, and rapid prototypes using Streamlit and Omelek.
- Implement automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines using CI/CD and container orchestration tools.
- Extract, cleanse, validate, and analyze data from diverse databases and identify outliers and missing-data issues.
- Apply statistical modeling, feature extraction, and supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised learning to large manufacturing datasets.
- Contribute to GenAI and agentic AI initiatives involving Gemini APIs, RAG, MCP tooling, and multi-agent workflows.
- Ensure pipeline governance, auditability, data integrity, and responsible AI practices while collaborating across technical and manufacturing teams.
Requirements
- Experience developing cloud data pipelines, machine learning models, full-stack applications, and production dashboards.
- Experience with GCP, Vertex AI, data warehouses, APIs, CI/CD, and modern MLOps practices.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, feature extraction, supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and semi-supervised learning.
- Ability to work with terabyte- to petabyte-scale manufacturing datasets and perform data cleansing, validation, and analysis.
- Experience with Angular and rapid application prototyping tools such as Streamlit and Omelek.
- Experience extracting data with SQL and other query languages from diverse databases.
- Familiarity with GenAI, agentic AI, Gemini LLM APIs, RAG, MCP tooling, and multi-agent workflows.
- Ability to collaborate across data science, data engineering, software engineering, and Fab teams.
