Responsibilities
- Build major features end-to-end for the Flipturn platform.
- Develop next-generation AI agents for physical infrastructure.
- Integrate software with utilities and microgrids for energy management.
- Scale products and systems to accommodate a growing customer base.
- Collaborate directly with customers to gather feedback and iterate on products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building software products.
- Experience leading significant projects from inception to post-launch.
- Strong technical background in full-stack software development and system design.
- Experience working directly with users for feedback and product iteration.
- Excitement about working in a fast-paced, dynamic early-stage startup.
- Initiative to improve development velocity using AI tooling.
