Responsibilities
- Develop scalable cloud applications and software infrastructure.
- Lead small-to-medium features from technical design through completion.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
- Influence technical decisions, optimize system designs, and deliver secure, privacy-focused code.
- Advocate for product features that address customer needs and track product adoption and success metrics.
- Stay current with software development lifecycle and agile engineering practices and coach others as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 0 to 4 years of experience, or a master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 0 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Golang, or C/C++.
- Ability to reason about application scalability and cloud environments.
- Ability to use AI coding assistants such as Claude and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and automate testing.
- Ability to resolve complex technical problems and architect distributed systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a self-motivated, results-oriented approach.
