Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and maintain reliable software systems and features.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communicate progress, assumptions, blockers, and technical trade-offs.
  • Contribute to technical designs, architecture improvements, code reviews, and technical decision documentation.
  • Write maintainable, well-tested code and improve code quality, performance, and team development practices.
  • Debug issues across the stack, investigate root causes, and resolve production problems.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools while reviewing and validating their output.

Requirements

  • Professional or comparable experience developing and maintaining software.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language and familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools.
  • Understanding of data structures, APIs, testing, and version control.
  • Ability to work independently on defined tasks, collaborate cross-functionally, and incorporate feedback.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with technical design, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, workflow orchestration, production debugging, performance improvement, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and iterative development environments.
  • Preferred experience with Rust, Kotlin, Spring Boot, TypeScript, NextJS, PostgreSQL, Pulsar, Temporal, and Kubernetes.
