Responsibilities
- Own and ship features end to end across the frontend, backend, and data layers.
- Build AI- and LLM-powered products for investment research workflows.
- Develop research-input ingestion, voice-to-voice survey, mobile, knowledge graph, and AI-native CRM projects.
- Speak directly with clients and use their feedback to shape product decisions.
- Contribute to Junior’s engineering culture as the team grows.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of engineering experience.
- Be highly proficient in TypeScript, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Be able to build polished React/Next.js interfaces and solve complex TypeScript problems without relying on Copilot.
- Have strong foundations in data structures, system design, and PostgreSQL.
- Have owned projects end to end and made product decisions without detailed specifications.
- Communicate clearly and be comfortable in a client-facing role.
- Be based in London or committed to relocating, and be willing to work in person in Farringdon.
- Experience building and designing AI-powered products is preferred.
