Base Salary
$165k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development on a significant portion of the platform with a focus on user needs.
- Apply backend and distributed systems experience to scale the Rails-based platform.
- Collaborate with teams in San Francisco and globally.
- Identify customer challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience using Ruby on Rails.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to write well-structured and maintainable code.
- Experience with Docker is a plus.
