Base Salary
$165k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the named technical partner for federal customers across CoreWeave’s full platform, from infrastructure through inference
- Advise customers on running AI workloads in regulated environments, including FedRAMP and DoD Impact Levels IL2 through IL6
- Represent federal customer requirements, compliance gaps, and use-case patterns internally to Product, Security, and Engineering
- Build reference architectures and enablement content for federal engagements
- Lead proofs of concept end-to-end and partner with Account Executives and federal teams on technical strategy
- Bridge federal mission needs with CoreWeave’s engineering, security, and compliance organizations
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. government security clearance at Secret level or higher, with eligibility to obtain and maintain higher clearances
- At least 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical field engineering, including at least 3 years supporting federal customers
- Strong Python proficiency and hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying modern deep learning models, including LLMs
- Experience designing and deploying production agentic applications for real customer use cases
- Working knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks and authorization processes
- Familiarity with running AI workloads on AWS/GovCloud, Azure/Government, or GCP/Government
- Preferred active TS/SCI clearance with current CI or Full Scope Polygraph
- Preferred familiarity with PyTorch, vLLM, LangChain, and LlamaIndex
- Preferred knowledge of GPU compute, high-performance networking, storage, Slurm, or Kubernetes for ML orchestration
- Background in ML Engineering, AI Engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps with public-sector or defense customers is preferred
