Base Salary
$176k - $253k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop tools, methodologies, and infrastructure for Red Team engagements across cloud environments and novel platforms.
- Conduct security assessments and identify vulnerabilities in software, systems, and networks.
- Set assessment scope, objectives, timelines, and meaningful metrics.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and knowledge to security, engineering, and other stakeholders.
- Help build a Red Team with broad organizational scope and impact.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support remediation of identified security gaps.
Requirements
- At least four years of information security experience, preferably focused on offensive security.
- Knowledge of common software bugs and cloud infrastructure misconfigurations across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Ability to read and write code in Golang, Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or C.
- Strong communication and documentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Preferred: six or more years of information security experience, preferably in offensive security.
- Preferred: experience conducting Red Team engagements at a high-growth, cloud-native technology company.
- Preferred: contributions to the security community through open-source tools, research, papers, or conference talks.
- Preferred: strong background in Golang, Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or C.
