Responsibilities
- Develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 CE customizations using C# and .NET.
- Create plugins, custom workflow activities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
- Build integrations using Dataverse, Web API, XRM SDK, Power Automate, and Azure services.
- Manage CRM solutions and deployments using Azure DevOps and Git.
- Troubleshoot and debug CRM issues in global and production support environments.
- Perform data migration and support integrations with systems such as ServiceNow when required.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Dynamics 365 CE development.
- Proficiency with C# and .NET Framework or .NET Core.
- Experience developing plugins and custom workflow activities.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Dataverse or Common Data Service, Web API, and XRM SDK.
- Experience with CRM customizations, Power Automate, SQL Server, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, solution management, and deployments.
- Preferred qualifications include Power Apps, Power BI, PCF controls, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Sales, CPQ integrations, ServiceNow integrations, Application Insights, Azure Monitoring, SSIS or data migration tools, KingswaySoft, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with global support or production support environments is preferred.
