Responsibilities
- Participate in account strategy planning and qualify and prioritize opportunities with the Sales team.
- Lead end-to-end presales activities and create customer-specific value propositions.
- Deliver tailored, high-level demonstrations, RfX responses, and proof-of-value activities.
- Design solutions and architectures for secure on-premises, hybrid, and public cloud UiPath implementations.
- Address customer questions about technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture.
- Identify customer needs and evangelize UiPath solutions during the sales process.
- Build solutions for different industry verticals and support knowledge sharing.
- Support marketing through blogs, speaking engagements, and other evangelism activities.
- Collaborate with Product teams on functionality improvements, external technology integrations, and product releases.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a client-facing presales, sales engineering, or solution architect position.
- A strong combination of technical, business, and sales skills.
- Strong communication, discovery, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies such as LLMs and agents.
- Solid understanding of business process orchestration.
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
- UiPath platform knowledge is preferred.
- A solution-selling mindset with a proactive, self-motivated, and innovative approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and align with UiPath's values.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English and German.
