Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full development lifecycle from analysis and design through deployment and third-line production support.
  • Design applications at a low level and contribute to higher-level architecture decisions.
  • Provide technical guidance and influence junior team members.
  • Work with global teams to develop and maintain a common risk management platform.
  • Maintain high-quality code in a banking technology environment.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of modern Java development experience.
  • Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservices.
  • Strong understanding of distributed system design, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with high-availability, resiliency, and low-latency applications is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, ELK, MongoDB, SQL, Python, and Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
