Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Design and implement integration flows within cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and identify root causes using monitoring tools and logs.
- Monitor application and integration behavior to maintain reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to align support activities with business needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across teams.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement of support processes and system stability.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience designing and implementing integration flows within cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex integration issues.
- Knowledge of API management, event-driven architecture, and middleware technologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
