Responsibilities
- Review business, functional, and technical requirements to define testing scope, quality risks, and validation requirements.
- Develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, cases, and test data.
- Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate application functionality, workflows, interfaces, integrations, and data conversions.
- Create, manage, and execute automated test scripts for regression and efficiency improvements.
- Document test results and evidence, communicate findings, and report quality metrics and risks.
- Identify, prioritize, track, retest, and help resolve software defects.
- Collaborate with development, functional, infrastructure, business, vendor, and project teams.
- Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, transformation initiatives, and enterprise application testing.
- Ensure testing complies with QA processes, standards, governance, traceability, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing within enterprise application environments.
- Experience with test planning, test case development, manual testing, automated testing, defect management, and test reporting.
- Experience testing ERP systems, enterprise business processes, and application integrations.
- Experience with enterprise test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps Test Plans, ServiceNow Test Management, OpenText Quality Center (ALM), or similar platforms.
- Experience with functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, or OpenText Unified Functional Testing (UFT).
- Preferred experience with Deltek, SAP, ServiceNow, IT service management platforms, performance testing, and large-scale ERP implementations.
- Preferred programming or scripting experience with C#, .NET, VB.NET, SQL, PowerShell, or related technologies.
- Preferred experience in regulated environments requiring audit-ready documentation, traceability, and compliance controls.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
